12 months after giving birth to her gorgeous daughter, Rani Rose, Kate Hudson shared her wonderful postpartum weight voyage on her Instagram account. Compared to her other weight loss journey, this one is different because she did not follow a strict exercise regimen. Rather, the actress did a combination of fun exercises such as hot yoga, pole dancing, beach-body Brazil Butt Lift and Pilates with her personal trainer Nicole Stuart.
Moreover, she did not force herself to stop eating delicious foods. She credits Weight Watchers for teaching her the wisest way of eating, which would help her lose weight normally. Kate ate whatever she wanted as long as she was conscious of what she was eating. That’s why she is enjoying every bit of a day in her long journey, being physically active and disciplined at the same time. Props to Kate for making her fitness journey fun!
