Melissa Joan Hart began her career at the age of four when she starred in a commercial for a bathtub doll called Splashy. Since that moment, she became a regular face in many commercials, appearing in 25 commercials before she turned 5 years old. later on, she ventured into acting and was best known for her role as Clarissa in Clarissa Explains It All. This actress also established her own candy shop, SweetHarts, in Sherman Oaks, California because it was her childhood dream.

She now has three kids and shared that each pregnancy was different. Melissa felt like a new person after every birth. After careful planning with her husband, she opted for induced labor for her pregnancies as she recovers easily, which also makes it easier on her insurance. It was a fulfilling job to be a mother and she never let her body get fit immediately. She embraced it but continues to eat healthily.
