Sherri Shepherd
Following a very strict diet with no sugar for approximately 276 days, Sherri Shepherd was able to lose a great amount of her body weight. She avoided pizzas, pasta, donuts, and any infomercial binges that would not be helpful in her diet journey. She also attended a Zumba class three times a week. Aside from that, Sherri does a lot of self-talk whenever she thinks of grabbing chips or sweets. Eventually, with all her hard work and perseverance, she was able to achieve the body goals she had been dying to achieve.
One of her biggest motivations was when she was diagnosed with diabetes, and more importantly, her son who was born prematurely at five and a half months. She wanted to live longer for her son, so she then decided to live a healthy life and make the most valuable investment of all by exercising and eating right. Now, Sherri is enjoying her fit body and wearing her Orpah Clothes which she really likes.
